What a lovely Sunday

Today, I had a lovely Sunday. I can tell you that I have a wonderful husband, who let me sleep until my body shout. Being a Mother of 2, can give you a lot of work, especially when you live in a country without family or close friends to help in daily stuff. My husband is a person who travels a lot and I need to do everything.

I can manage of course, but at the end of the day, I’m so off. But, let’s talk about this Sunday. It was amazing, sleeping, playing with the kids (which they love to play with us) and then we all prepared to have lunch out. We tried a new restaurant, near to our house, it was ok, but definitely we don’t want to repeat, not because it was bad, it just not our kind of restaurant. The most important is always the time you spend with your family.

After I had time to work in my projects and the kids played with their father. Having a productive day, can feel so good, and I always try to have every single day, especially when I do my runs, it just fills my body with energy.

At the end of the day, I cooked for the kids and while making dinner, I played UNO with the little ones (they are 7 and 4 years old). It was so fun.

Sundays, for me, are blessed, is the day of the week dedicated for the family. But I can say, this one was different, because my lovely husband stayed with them and I could advanced things from my project. A normal Sunday, from a real Mother.

Why in English?

“Why in English?”, some people asked me. And my answer is simple:

  • It’s a universal language

  • For 11 years it’s my daily language at work

  • I have friends that speak english, netherland, french

  • And I love to speak and write in several languages

Of course, it will not be a blog that you will find a sophisticated writing, because EN it’s my second language, but definitely you will understand me! :)

Since I’m portuguese and some friends proposed to write also in my native language, I decided to write it also in portuguese. Since is my mother language it will be easier to write.

In my opinion, learning languages it’s a most have in our lives. It can open a lot of doors in the future, in your projects, in your travels, at your work, it can give you a lot of opportunities.

My children, for example, they speak now 2 languages (netherland and portuguese), but they already start to say some sentences in english and french, which is great and for them, at their age, it’s so easy to learn.

During our vacation in Portugal, my son, was surprised, why people were speaking the same language everyday, which I explained that was normal, because people who are living in Portugal, speak just portuguese in daily live. Since my son listen everyday 4 languages, for him it was hard to understand and for a brain of a child it’s easy to enter all kind of sounds.

Like I say all the time, the WORLD it’s just one and I try to pass that message to them.

See you in the next post! Lots of love!

It’s my first post and how many of you stopped in front of the pc, thinking, “What I’m going to write?” The fear starts to appear, doubts, concerns and we start to freak out and being stuck in our minds.

For a long time I wanted to have a blog together with my brand, because I love to share stories, opinions, and why I decided to create a brand for babies and children, that I love so much. And on these days, we can reach our dreams, goals that we are passion about in a easy way. It just depends on us, on you, to reach our dreams.

Anyway, this post is “About” and I want to write the way that I like and feel comfortable, and not going in a way that we think it’s the most correct to do. So, I‘m a happy Mother of 2 beautiful children, a boy and a girl, which I love unconditionally. I’m portuguese, currently living in Belgium (btw, I'm writing under a high temperature, completely out of control, basically 41ºC). Always worked on TV, but my truly passion in life are children and when I become a Mom, I decided to create a brand for the little ones, which I love, truly love.

Here, in Daily Real Mother Talk, I will share opinions, ideas, businesses from other Mom’s, adventures, my passions. I truly believe that every person have a special gift to give to the world.

Thank you for being with me in my first post :)
